How long will MyPostcard take to arrive?

We print and ship your cards from Germany and USA within 24 hours. In Germany it roughly takes 1-2 business days, in the rest of EU, the US and Australia it usually takes 2-5 business days and in the rest of the world it can take up to 14 business days until your card arrives.

What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your card hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time or you haven't received an order number from us, please get in touch with our support support@mypostcard.com.

How much does MyPostcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world starts at €2,29. The cost of a greeting card starts at €3,49.

What is MyPostcard?

We are MyPostcard! With MyPostcard you can send real printed postcards online via the web or our postcard app. You can design and send your postcard directly and according to your wishes. We print and send your postcard to your recipient - worldwide.

With MyPostcard you can, for example, send your favorite holiday photo as a postcard to your family and friends. But you can also choose one of over 50,000 different designs in a wide variety of categories from birthday card designs to love cards, thank you cards or Christmas card designs. You can either choose a design with a given graphic or even add your own image to the graphic!

In addition to postcards, at MyPostcard we also offer greeting cards that you can send with your own photo or one of our designs.

At the end of the ordering process, you also have the option of ordering your card with an envelope or in XL format (DIN A5 instead of DIN A6, including envelope) or even in XXL format (DIN A4 instead of DIN A6, including envelope).

Incidentally, the audio cards are brand new in the MyPostcard universe. Simply design an audio card with your personal voice message or choose a song and surprise your loved ones with sound in a real greeting card!
