How long will MyPostcard take to arrive?

We print and ship your cards from Germany and USA within 24 hours. In Germany it roughly takes 1-2 business days, in the rest of EU, the US and Australia it usually takes 2-5 business days and in the rest of the world it can take up to 14 business days until your card arrives.

What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your card hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time or you haven't received an order number from us, please get in touch with our support support@mypostcard.com.

How much does MyPostcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world starts at €2,29. The cost of a greeting card starts at €3,49.

How to send several cards at once?

If you want to send your postcard from vacation, your Christmas card to family and friends or whatever card you want to send directly to several recipients, you can do it very easily with the MyPostcard app! As soon as you select the recipients of your card, you can select multiple stored contacts and we will send your card directly to all recipients you have selected.
