How long will MyPostcard take to arrive?

We print and ship your cards from Germany and USA within 24 hours. In Germany it roughly takes 1-2 business days, in the rest of EU, the US and Australia it usually takes 2-5 business days and in the rest of the world it can take up to 14 business days until your card arrives.

What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your card hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time or you haven't received an order number from us, please get in touch with our support support@mypostcard.com.

How much does MyPostcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world starts at €2,29. The cost of a greeting card starts at €3,49.

How do I recommend MyPostcard to my friends?

Through the "Rewards" tab in the MyPostcard app, you can invite friends to use our app. Send your friends your unique code via Facebook, Twitter, text message, WhatsApp or email! As soon as a friend registers at MyPostcard and enters the friends code, you and your friend both receive a credit of 3,00 €, which is added to your account balance.
