How long will MyPostcard take to arrive?

We print and ship your cards from Germany and USA within 24 hours. In Germany it roughly takes 1-2 business days, in the rest of EU, the US and Australia it usually takes 2-5 business days and in the rest of the world it can take up to 14 business days until your card arrives.

What do I do if my card hasn’t arrived yet?

Your card is probably still on it's way and will be delivered shortly. If your card hasn't arrived in the expected delivery time or you haven't received an order number from us, please get in touch with our support support@mypostcard.com.

How much does MyPostcard cost?

Your postcard including printing, processing, taxes, and postage to an address anywhere in the world starts at €2,29. The cost of a greeting card starts at €3,49.

Which resolution and size should my pictures have?

At MyPostcard, you are not bound to any specific formats, resolutions, or sizes, except that your picture should have a minimum resolution of one megapixel and should not be larger than 10 Mb. We will automatically adapt the size of the picture after your upload. During the process of adaptation, it is possible that some parts of your picture are cut off. However, you may check your picture within the preview and resize and move it as you like until the perfect cut-out is found. You may use pictures in 3:2 proportion as well as import square pictures e.g. from your Instagram archive.
